• Privacy Statement: The information you provide to Kelly Bay yacht Charters is solely for the purpose of providing us with your contact information and activity interests. This information is considered STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and WILL NOT be provided to a third party under ANY circumstance,



• Reservation Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The deposit must be received in our office within 10 days of making the request to secure and confirm the reservation with the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival.
  
  Reservations that are made within 60 days of the date of arrival must be paid in full.



• Cancellations: Notify us immediately if you need to cancel. In the event of a cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival, Kelly Bay Yacht Charters will allow substitution of any available date within a year. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are not refundable.



• Not Responsible: There are times in Southeast Alaska when the weather just doesn't cooperate. Regrettably we cannot be responsible for loss of fishing time, lodging, flight delays or any other losses incurred due to weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control.
